"Habits literally dictate every aspect of our human experience. So on some level, there is no subject more important than understanding how our behavior works."

The problem with information about habits
All the habit blogs, podcasts. books, therapists, and science articles I have come accross, are 'guilty' of the same habit error. They focus on information, rather than on implementation. Information is great, because without it, you don't know how you might be able to change. But the main reason why information doesn't lead to you changing your behavior, is because when you have to take that next step: actually just do it, you are left to your own devices.
This is where I come in. The focus of everything I do, is on getting your from information to implementation, by combining science insights with easy to follow practices that will help you implement the change you want.
