    1.00
This video is part of a series of four videos building up in intensity and complexity.

Intensity 1 complexity 1 is slow, short (9.33 mins), and simple. For the beginner yogi or for those who have little time, want to start a steady habit, or are looking for a stretch after work. From there, each video adds to the previous one towards the final sequence.

If you purchase this video, it will be available to you forever. Upon purchase, you receive a personal link, which can be played and saved on youtube any time you want.

    • TOO AIRY FOR YOU?

You are exactly in the right place...

I have a hunger for data, evidence, logic, and well elaborated arguments. I have a drive to understand, create, and spread knowledge. I also love to be intuitive, open, and relaxed. I don't want to be so passionate about understanding the world that I lose my sanity. This is what peaceful passion is about. Finding a balance between passion and drive on the one hand, and living a healthy, meaningful, and peaceful life on the other. Being driven without stress, feeling challenged without anxiety, being rational without blocking your emotions, doing what you love without losing yourself in the process.

In school, we spend years calculating, reading, and using computers, and yet we learn surprisingly little about the most important computer we will ever use: our brain. It is like we have a licence to 'drive' the car, but have no clue about maintenance, or worse, what to do when it breaks down. We have no idea what happens 'under the hood' of the vehicle that moves us through the world. This is a problem, because unlike cars, we can't buy new brains or bodies when they burn out. Wouldn't it be great if we learned about maintenance and efficient use before we crashed?

Bridging psychological science and yoga through writing, coaching, and teaching allows me to share the practice of mental and physical health with others. And, despite what you may have thought when you read the company name, I do that in a very down-to-earth way.

      Curious?
