Course / Workshop: Stress Less, how to release and leverage stress at work
-A course that helps employees, leaders, and teams to build a work environment with healthy levels of stress and productivity, and a culture of support and care around chronic stress and strain-<br><br>In this course, consisting of 4 in depth online or offline group sessions, 1 short (anonymous) intake questionnaire, individual audio exercises, and 1 online individual coaching session (optional), participants will explore their current stress levels, learn how stress works on a physiological level, learn about the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress, learn to release and how to use stress to their advantage, learn what triggers stress in their work environment, and find healthy ways to communicate about stressful issues.
